Brandy McIntyre
Brandy is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in administrative, tax, and real estate law. A proud graduate of Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth and Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, she is a member of both the Texas and Oklahoma state bars.
With a focus on liquor licensing, Brandy provides comprehensive legal services to restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail establishments. She guides clients through the entire licensing process, from initial applications to renewals, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Her expertise in zoning laws, permit requirements, and compliance audits has led to numerous successful outcomes for her clients.
Outside of the legal and regulatory realm, Brandy is a passionate reader and an accomplished seamstress. She enjoys her role as a wife to her husband, Joe, and as a mother to her three daughters, Madeline, Jolee, and Delaney.
Jennifer Van Bevers
Jennifer is a Texas-licensed attorney with over 25 years of experience in the legal field. A graduate of Texas A&M School of Law and Texas Wesleyan University, Jennifer focuses on all aspects of liquor licensing, business organization, and contract negotiation, drafting, and review. Her practice is dedicated to efficiently guiding businesses through the complex regulatory landscape.
Jennifer's extensive background includes serving as an assistant district attorney, where she advised county officials on civil matters such as real estate issues and contract negotiations. She also served as a consultant at a Big Four firm, advising Fortune 500 companies on their legal operations. Additionally, she is CAPM certified and uses her project management skills to handle multiple projects and processes with a structured and results-driven approach.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling and gardening.
